BLOG Marketing | Your Route to Business Success

I remember not too long ago, I’ve written an article on improving your business through blogs. I really hope that short article has inspired my friends out there to use the blog to save your flagging businesses. With internet taking more and more of our social life, blog is one thing that WE shouldn’t ignored. Politicials has successfully used blogs to save their position and also to get funds for their campaign. The same can be said for business as blogs will help you to get more personal to your clients. Do not be afraid of getting poor or negative response from your clients as that is where you can learn and improve in your business. But of course you will sometimes have sabotage from rival companies. But that is part and parcel of business and life.

You can also used blogs in your company to interact with each other. If Microsoft is able to do that, I supposed you should also be able to. The boss of the company will post their annual report or other important stuffs on the blog (other than email) to trigger some reactions from the staffs below. I remember how successful it was in my previous company whereby blogs are used more often than email and everyone enjoys that as they know what and where the company is moving. There is more transparency. Sometimes I really salute the head of the company for implementing this cheap but effective communication channel.

All in all, blog marketing is about building trust within the workgroup and with your customer base. If you are able to build a blog that has high traffic with everyone eagerly waiting what and who will be the next post, I suppose you are on your route to success. Congratulations to you in advance!
