EntreCard a way of Traffic Generation

Entrecard has taken the internet community by storm and has since built up a good community. After a month of knowing this traffic generation strategy from all over the internet, I’ve decided to give this 3 months old company a try.

Entrecard is a way of traffic generation or social website whereby you drop your ‘name’ card on other websites to invite them to pay you a visit. You are also able to advertise on others websites and vice-versa. All these are done using the EC (a point system used by entrecard). In my opinion:

1) If you are hardworking, entrecard is the way for you. This is because the more cards that you dropped, the more traffic you would have generated for your websites. You can roughly estimate that 60% of the websites that you dropped your card will reciprocate and come to your site for a visit. For example, you pay a visit to 100 websites that have the entrecard widget installed. You dropped off your card at these 100 websites. You should expect about 60 of them to pay you a visit back and drop your card at your widget.

2) Entrecard is good for initially as you will receive lots of visits with cards dropping at your site and many advertising opportunities. This is because you are new and you have a low EC for advertisement and your site is advertise at the ‘most recent’ campaign. But after that, you will have to be hardworking. Please go back to point 1.

3) Entrecard will be good for blog beginners as it will help you to generate traffic at the beginning of your blogging career. We won’t expect your site to generate large traffic from search engines as you are still new and no one knows your site. Therefore, traffic and exposure wise, entrecard will be good for new blogs. But you still new to be hardworking and be able to hit the ‘most popular’ and ‘most recommended’ category.

4) You must have the right contacts and community, coupled with an Entrepreneur mind, you may have a chance of creating a contest and generate hugh traffic and EC for surviver. This may sometimes be for intermediate and above Entrecard users.

All in all, entrecard has the huge potential of being the market leader in traffic generation. Within just 3 months, its traffic rank and all reviews have been quite encouraging. But how long it will last depends on competitions from all angles since internet marketing has been ever evolving. All the best.
